Ex Baji Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using

1General Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Ex Baji platform and all related services. "Ex Baji", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the exbaji.ws website and mobile application. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual, registered or unregistered, who accesses or uses the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and Bangladesh law applies to any dispute. Ex Baji reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ex Baji's services are intended for lawful entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to engage in illegal activity, fraud, or system abuse will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2Registration & Account Management

Creating an account is required to access Ex Baji's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Ex Baji reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or incomplete information.

• Each individual may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• You may not allow third parties to access or use your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Ex Baji's services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of this platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Ex Baji may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on Ex Baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• If identity verification is not completed, the maximum withdrawal limit will apply.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Ex Baji reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities where necessary to prevent money laundering.
• Funds held in your account do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method and verified account used for the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may not be accommodated. A full record of all transactions is available in your account history.

5Betting Rules & Results

All bets placed on Ex Baji are considered final once confirmed and cannot be changed. It is the member's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• If a bet is incorrectly settled due to a technical error, Ex Baji reserves the right to correct the settlement.
• Bets related to match-fixing or corrupt events may be voided.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Ex Baji offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms that must be met. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus applies once only, at the time of your first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x) must be completed.
• The wagering rules for bets placed with bonus funds are specified in each individual offer.
• Ex Baji reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotional offer expires.
• VIP program rewards are governed by separate terms.

Ex Baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. However, such changes will not apply to bonuses that have already been earned and verified.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ex Baji and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity ("multi-accounting").
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Transacting through third-party accounts ("money muling").
• Participating in match fixing or any corrupt activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Ex Baji's systems.
• Theft of another member's information or phishing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to complete the verification process using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Ex Baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false identity or fraudulent documents are used.
• If a security risk is identified.
• When directed by authorities for legal reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

Ex Baji strives to operate its platform with the highest standards of security and reliability. However, Ex Baji will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Failure of a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Security vulnerabilities in the member's own device or network.

Ex Baji's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the member's specific transaction in question.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is one of Ex Baji's core responsibilities. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

11Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact Ex Baji's customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

• Complaint deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• Ex Baji will provide a written response within 14 business days.
• If both parties cannot reach an agreement, a third-party mediator may be engaged to help resolve the dispute.

All legal disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.

12Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Ex Baji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
